Gojeh Sabz is actually sour plums which have not fully riped. They are sour and delicious. We eat them with salt.
They are spring fruits and people in Iran love them and pay so much for them when they first days come to stores because they can have them at spring time, usually the fruits which they come once a year in a special time of the season, first theys they call them nobaroone, it means its new and they will pay more and get a few of them specially for kids.
